Black and Decker parts
68Black and Decker has been a staple in the high end tools industry for
quite some time now. They are one of the few tool companies that almost
everyone knows by name. The quality of their products is what has given
them a great reputation in their industry, but another plus for then is
if something goes wrong it is not hard to find Black and Decker replacement parts
when the need arises.
There are many places online as well as offline where you can find
Black and Decker parts for all kinds of tools. Whether the tools are
current or from a discontinued item you will likely be able to find the
part you need with little work. Lawn mowers, power tools, and parts for
any other Black and Decker product are usually easy to find and not as
expensive as one would think.
When looking for any Black and Decker part it is always good to have the model number. By looking up the model number it will be easier to find parts as well as helpful tips you may need to fix the problem. The manual for any Black and Decker product should be able to be located with the model number, giving you all the information on the product you will need.
While it does vary, the most commonly sold Black and Decker part seems to be hoses related to leaf blowers and mulching products. The charger and base for the Black and Decker Dustbuster is also a very popular part, as well as covers for trimmers and edgers. Other top selling Black and Decker parts are vacuum filters and crevice tools for regular vacuums and dust busters, and shoulder bags for your mulcher or blower. While some models may have been discontinued, it may still be possible to get replacement parts for them.
Should you have any trouble replacing Black and Decker parts you may
just need to search online and you will find the help you need. There
are many parts websites as well as forums that can supply valuable
information to help with any problems you may experience when trying to
replace a part. Considering Black and Decker is marketed in over 100
countries, it is likely you can find some help if you need it no matter
where you are from.

Hi Dan, I love my B&D tools. Luckily I've never had to buy a replacement part for my B&D products. You're right, having to buy a whole new product when you need a part would stink, but there's ways to get around that. Plus, it seems like B&D products last so long anyways.
I can not find brushes and holders for BD router 7604 type 2 because BD discontinued the parts. I am looking everywhere, so far no luck.

I have a number of older B&D power tools from the late 1960s through the late 80s. It is a shame that there are no parts or service around my area. Today the Black & Decker name is entirely different. I see nothing but the cheaper every day Home Depot; common power tools for the average do it yourself. The lawn and garden tools from Black & Decker you see is nowhere near, like the ones once were built just a few years back. The ones I still have today, like a hedge trimmer, for an example, were mostly made of cast aluminum, painted the B&D orange, or polished. And the same for their lawn edger’s, those were made of cast aluminum, and for the rest of the lawn power tools were made of high impact plastic, for a motor cover or for a motor housing, and a metal gear box, for certain power tool applications. For the carpentry, metal working, and for the home owner, Black & Decker made power tools for these trades. I am only a do it yourself, and mostly do general work on cars for a hobby, common repairs around the family home and landscape with my older Black & Decker edger, hedge trimmer lawn mower and the bag that cannot get anymore. I just can’t believe that I can no longer get parts or common wear and tear items for my own quality once built tools. But for anything else that’s out there with the Black & Decker name on that’s for certain, but those items are not the same Black & Decker that I once remember as kid growing up in the 1970s
This was my 2nd and LAST Black and Decker rechargeable leaf blower. The small fragile plastic propeller broke on this one just as it did on the first. B&D won't sell the little plastic part. You have to pay $50 for the entire motor assembly which is what the entire blower cost. BEWARE of Black and Decker!
I just called B&D to see if I can get a replacement spool cover for an older weed trimmer. They no longer make it, so even though my trimmer still works, it is essentially trash. What good is a well-made product that runs forever if a lack of replacement parts renders it useless?
If you need vacuum parts you can find them online at evacuumstore.com
consumers should only buy tools from manufacturers that have parts availability.www.SabinesHome.com

Wow. How much did B&D pay to have such a favorable review written?
Not everyone feels the same:

How often do other customers have the same issue of needing a part and having to buy the entire product?
